Earlier this week, Foo Fighters announced their new album Your Favorite Toy and shared the title track. Last night the band went on The Graham Norton Show to play it live for the first time, as well as to chat with Charli XCX.

The performance had Jason Falkner filling in on guitar due to Pat Smear’s gardening accident. But Smears’ face was on the kick drum so he was there in spirit. Scissor Sisters’ Jake Shears and Babydaddy sang backing vocals.

For a conversation on the couch, Dave Grohl joined Charli, Benicio del Toro, Jennifer Garner, and Gordon Ramsay. Graham Norton showed a clip of Dave Grohl and his daughter Harper’s viral “Apple” dance TikTok from 2024, which Charli hadn’t seen. “You’re taking like an abstract approach, and that’s cool,” Charli said.
